THE FINISHED SPACE

BRANDING & ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHICS
Designed to be remembered.
The branding direction fuses chemistry, science, and dance, rendered in an art style that celebrates creativity and intellect. Using Spelman's signature blues as a foundation, SCOPOS layered graphic elements across key surfaces including the entrance wall, TeaBot corner, and market wall.
Dimensional signage and branded millwork turn the café into a cultural landmark. Wall graphics and door labels procured in partnership with Signs of Significance.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Every detail tells the same story.
SCOPOS led all interior design and procurement, curating furniture, fixtures, and accessories to support operational efficiency and aesthetic cohesion. Every element — from layout to finishes — was selected to enhance the user experience and reflect Spelman's academic and cultural mission.

TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION
We didn't just design it, we built it.
SCOPOS managed the full construction scope for the Muse Café, serving as the single point of accountability from demolition through final punch list. Working directly with Swinerton as general contractor and coordinating across trades, our team ensured the design intent was preserved at every stage of the build with no handoff gaps and no translation errors between design and construction.
